A vacation with us is perfect if you are seeking relaxation amid Northern Michigan's unspoiled woods. Yet we are close to a variety of Northern Michigan's primary destinations, historic resort towns (Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island) and attractions. Our cottages are located in a natural, private wooded area with access to a sandy beach and the crystal clear waters of Lake Michigan.

The area is ideal for those seeking to escape the crowds. Enjoy a stroll along Lake Michigan's unspoiled beaches or through the surrounding woods. Numerous bicycle and hiking trails are nearby and fishing and mushroom picking are also abundant in the area. Top-rated championship golf courses, including Boyne Highlands, True North, Chestnut Valley, Little Traverse Bay and Wequetonsing are all just a short drive away, as is Wilderness State Park with year-round camping, mountain biking, hiking, boating, fishing and picnicking.

Each freestanding cottage consists of natural vaulted ceiling living rooms, two bedrooms (each with a double bed), eat-in kitchen and bathroom. They are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and cooking utensils. Grills and picnic tables are available for outdoor cooking. There are NO televisions or telephones.

Rates
The Legs Inn Cottages are available for rental during the 2013 season from May 17 through October 20. All rates are subject to change. Please email during off-season with any rental or rate inquiries.

Each cottage holds a maximum of four (4) people per cottage. Rates are per cottage. 6% tax not included.

Deposits
A $400 DEPOSIT (per cottage) is required for Weekly rentals with ENTIRE BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL. FULL PAYMENT is required at time of reservation for Prime/Holiday Weekend rentals and Daily rentals.


Any cancellations during Prime/Holiday Weekend time periods will result in forfeiture of any/all deposits and/or payments. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival result in full refund, less $30 processing fee, per cottage. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival result in forfeiture of any/all deposit and/or payments. Legs Inn Cottage guests may request a 10% discount at Legs Inn Restaurant for lunch and dinner (does not apply to alcoholic beverages.)
